Whats the benefits of the 8 WEEK WINTER ATHLETE PROGRAM?

1.🤕Reduce the risk of injury - injuries happen, but if you want to have the best ski and snowboard season possible, the goal is to stay healthy all winter long. By training properly leading up to and through ski season, you reduce the risk of injury and improve your season.

2. 🙆‍♂️Improve flexibility and mobility - skiing and snowboarding require some amount of mobility and flexibility. To perform at the best level possible, you want to be training to help improve these functions to ensure better performance. Plus who likes having a hard time putting on their boots and bindings because they aren't flexible enough.

3. 🏃‍♀️Improve your physical endurance - 1st off, you don't want to be the person huffing and puffing just from the short walk from your car to the lift line right? You also don't want to cut the day short due to being tired and warm up. Proper training leading up to the season will ensure optimal endurance to go and ride all day and night long!

4.🧑‍🔬 Improve movement and biomechanics - if you have been inactive for the last few months, or even just with some outdoor activities, you will benefit greatly from training to help your movements and biomechanics. If you have an office job or even did a lot of hiking this summer, you are highly anterior dominant and want to fix this by working the posterior chain and whole body optimally for the upcoming task at hand. If you have ever had extreme quad burn or hip flexor pain and knee pain, proper training will help eliminate this and have your body performing at the best it can.

5. 💪Improve your strength and power - skiing and snowboarding are all about strength and power. Those two qualities alone can help improve your ability to ride deep powder lines, get air off those jumps, and be able to cut and carve your way through any terrain.
6. ⚖️ Improve muscle endurance and burn fat - skiing and snowboarding is an endurance activity. You want to make sure your body is ready for the task at hand. You also don't want to have extra body fat and weight during the ski season, otherwise, it's much harder to float over those soft clouds of snow if your setup isn't right!

7.🥊 Be a badass - this is self-explanatory. Wake up, crush the hill, and recover so you can go play again!
